We appreciate everyone's efforts to get us into the house by the date we needed. We also think that our house turned out really good and love the changes we made to the floorplan (added mudroom and reversed the master bedroom and bath). We appreciate your ability and flexibility to make such major changes as redrawing the master bedroom without it being a big deal. We also like our sign with our name. Thanks!

We came from a terrible home building experience so we did a lot of research before choosing a builder and this time we made the right choice!

Building our new home with Suburban Homes was a treat from beginning to end. Your introduction to Suburban Homes is most likely Jamie Egan, his job is to make sure your experience is a joy and he takes his job seriously! I made many changes during the process and he would grin at me and make sure it happened just the way I wanted. Tim Egan treated us in a way that home buyers should be treated, like we are spending our money and what we wanted mattered! I was allowed the freedom to be creative and also advised by numerous experts so I never felt as if I was making a poor decision! The house is wonderful and we would definitely recommend building with Suburban Homes to our friends and family!

Our process for looking for new homes started many months ago. We researched many builders and neighborhoods trying to find a builder who could meet our needs. After many weekends, we came across a neighborhood we loved and a builder we heard many wonderful things about. Fortunately, we found a home in this neighborhood that lacked 90 days to be complete. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Week by week we were amazed at the quality and attention to detail that was being placed into our home. Our whole building process was easy and exciting. We were given the choice to pick the bigger things like our wood stain and tile colors, all the way to the smaller items like our draw pulls and shrubbery.

Suburban Homes sent us to various vendors to choose interior & exterior items for our home. These vendors were reasonably priced and very knowledgeable about their products. They were patient with our questions and concerns and made us fell like we made the best choices for “us”. They had flexible store hours and were conveniently located in the metro area.

I would like to take this time to tell you how satisfied my husband and I are with our new, beautiful home. Probably the most impressive was seeing the actual builder on our jobsite supervising his crew and contractors. Many times today you see the builder once to sign the contract and you never see them again. Not so in our case. Thank you Suburban Homes for all of your hard work and commitment to making our house the right fit to us.

My husband & his brother went and checked your houses under various stages of construction to see if they were well built. They noted how much steel you put in your foundations. It was noted that you had bolts laid in the wet foundation, so that the outside walls can be bolted to the foundation direct instead of trying to nail them together. They noticed the better grade of lumber used and the amount of insulation that was put in each home. The technique that was used in applying the insulation was what our research said was the best.

When we asked for hurricane strips to tie the roof to the walls, as the government suggested, you didn’t hesitate in ordering them.

The extras you put in a home makes it outstanding. The trim, doors and cabinets are well sanded before staining in your homes. We felt that you built the most value per square foot as any builder around us or anywhere!

How well do we like your homes? Enough that 15 months later we asked you to come back to Moore and build a home for my sister.

Under extreme pressure, Mr. Egan and his team (Kristin, his wife) have built us a beautiful, new home. Our house was completed on schedule, with no major problems. We applaud your policy of having the builder take care of all warranty items in the first year. It has been so helpful to have Tim nearby to handle the inevitable move-in questions and adjustments. Again, he has been unfailingly pleasant and helpful.

Edmond has many homebuilders and is a very crowded market. It is nice to know that there is at least one builder that takes the time to maintain high levels of quality and retain the personal touch that we so much needed.
