Tim is a fourth generation builder. After acquiring a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University, Tim worked on multi-million dollar projects in commercial construction as an engineer. It wasn’t until years later that he had the opportunity to work in the residential construction business. Since then, Tim and Suburban Homes have built more than 150 homes for Oklahoma families. And throughout the building of each of these homes, Tim has been on the job site daily ensuring quality every step of the way. Kristin Egan, Tim’s partner and wife, works in conjunction with buyers to aid in the selection of design and decorative materials. She will coordinate all decorative elements at your request, and will personalize your home to truly reflect your family and its personality. Tim and Kristin work in conjunction with buyers to incorporate you in the process. They personally conduct follow-up checks to insure satisfaction and happiness in your new home.
